In Israel the big news is that Ehud Olmert has resigned. Sort of. Like we said on the radio today, his saying so is like Bill Clinton’s confessions. There’s a whole lot of parsin’ goin’ on!
And as he left he did it with some nasty remarks indicating that he figures the nation doesn’t deserve him.
I agree, but he meant that they are not worthy of him. I don’t think they’ve done anything to deserve having to put up with him.
