How can you tell if the spokesman for Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas is lying? You know the answer already.

The photo of Mohammed Dahlan, exiled strong man for Yasser Arafat and Abbas is one that Abbas probably does not like. He hates and we believe, fears Dahlan’s potential to become the next President of the Palestinians.

Now to the good article by Avi Issacharoff. We have a few comments to add so we’ll do...

Just a brief note to say that we are thankful that the United States celebrates Thanksgiving. A day set aside to pray and be grateful for the Lord’s blessings.

We are thankful for a nation that is still a lighthouse of Christian holidays, family and freedom in spite of the many trials that beset our nation.

We are thankful for you, our friends, who have stood with us in the face of various trials and who pray for us, as we do you, and who stand for our nation.

Below is an op-ed from a man who is the leader of Peace Now. He is on the far left of the Israel political scene. He probably has a good heart. But we believe he is naïve.

For one thing he wants the Palestinians to have a state of their own. Okay.

But… he seems ignorant of the fact that the Palestinian leadership isn’t ready to settle for the major part of the West Bank, East Jerusalem and Gaza. They have clearly stated that is just the beginning....

The photo here is one I took from atop the Jerusalem Gold Hotel. The main street from the left center and up past the gas station is the main entrance into the city from Route 1.

The inserted arrow clearly shows one of the 264 streets that are closed in the city for Shabbat (Saturday). Saw horses are set up every Friday before dark and left up until Saturday around dark, at the end of the Sabbath.

In a major city, you might ask? Yes.

Why, because the Ultra Orthodox do not believe...

France has long been the butt of jokes about their touchiness, their arrogance and their weakness. But now that the US has Obama, it seems to be the French who are really standing up to the Iranians.

“But no rules are more strict, perhaps, than France's cultural and culinary customs. French officials reportedly canceled plans for a formal meal in Paris between Rouhani and French President Francois Hollande, because the Iranians...

On Monday we wrote about the mixed mind of Israeli-Arabs. In that piece I said that there is some wealth in Israel among the Arabs.

Now we thought perhaps you should see the abject poverty and the tremendous riches of certain Palestinian Arabs inside the Arab lands of the West Bank.

The JCPA does briefings on a variety of topics but this one is mind-boggling.

Since there is such detail here, I hope you will take the next step of going to their website and really read the great...

This photo we took at the Mamilla shopping district of Israeli-Arab women shows them shopping in one of the exclusive areas in West Jerusalem.

It is something that not many Westerners ever think about. The fact that Israel has 1.7 million Arabs as full citizens in the nation.

If you take a tourist bus up to the Megiddo Junction, through the Galilee and many other areas of Israel you will see a great number of Arab...

For years the French have been mocked and humored for their arrogance about the greatness of their nation. But in recent years they have stood. Yesterday they paid a terrible price for it.

ISIS killed terrorists over 120 people and wounded even more.

There is plenty of reporting on the raids and results. Today I want to take a bit of time to discuss other aspects of issues touching lives around Europe and the United States.

First is President Obama’s unwillingness to even...

We have purposefully not endorsed any conservative candidate. That continues, but as more and more time passes, we do wish that some of the non-contenders would drop out and let the top candidates have more headlines. I do have to admit to liking Dr. Ben Carson, and especially Senator Ted Cruz.

And I like to see sensible interviews by people with conservative creds. That certainly includes Jerusalem Post commentator Caroline...

If you watch the above video, you will note a couple of things. The woman put her hand in the bag and the guard did not stop her. He did not confiscate it, as is done at some checks. And he is too close.

The woman was shot afterward, but she should not have been allowed to stab him in the first place.

And Defense Minister Moshe Ya'alon says Israel is getting better...
